P20 Lite ANE-LX1 Root / Enable Bootloader

Hey there, I have a P20 Lite that i want to get rooted for a car automation. Now, for it to get rooted, i need to unlock the bootloader. To unlock the bootloader, i need to enable software testpoint, which i purchased dc-unlocker 3 days license for. I downloaded DC-phoenix and plugged in the phone after enabling USB debugging and stuff. Then i downloaded an update.app i found somewhere and tried to "do job". The Huawei shoed an update screen with 5% and then the program stopped with the attached error... can anyone help, i'm ****ed up bc i spent 20€ on that crap.

There is no guarantee that software testpoint will work, you have to be read yto use hardware testpoint from the get go as informed in the tutorial. According to the error you should check your device manager on computer to see if there is any driver issue which usually shows up with "!" or "?" marks next to your device.
