Is there a battery still attached to the device during this process? Try to delete loaders from the HCU directory, then restart the process. Monitor Device manager window on your computer to see what happens with the device.

We won't be able to review external guides as only ones on the HCU matters. Testpoint drivers are provided in the guides where they are needed.

Before operation turn phone to TestPoint mode:
Turn off phone, then short TestPoint on phone pcb
          and plug USB cable
Wait for device "HUAWEI USB COM 1.0" in Ports

          Repair
New FB User Lock : UNLOCKED
          Unlock downgrade/customization limitations
          Reboot after repair

You need to do Detection first only then repair. After doing detection your phone should exit testpoint mode and enter fastboot (screen may be still completely black though, all is ok) Check if all the drivers of fastboot are okay in device manager and there are no "!" or "?" marks next to it otherwise the process will fail.
            What android your device runs?

Android 10. I downloaded the drivers from your guide where you talk about the test point mode. The driver is first Huawei USB Com 1.0, and then it switches during the process.

You can not unlock bootloader on Android 10 for your phone, it is written in the guide that device must be on Android 9. Yes it is supposed to be Huawei USB Com 1.0 at first, then it must exit it during detection and enter fastboot - appear with fastboot port.

Yes, as I just told you in a previous reply, the bootloader can not be unlocked on Android 10 or higher for your phone as stated in tutorials and the support model table, you must find a way to downgrade it first to Android 9.
