I have paid the required amount but the SW says insufficient
I have paid the required amount but the SW says insufficient
I have charged my account with 4 credits to unlock my Huawei MediaPad M3, but when I run the SW it says you need 15 credits to unlock it.
Please see the image attached, which shows your credit needed to unlock.
