I want Help with Unlocking Huawei E5186 Router

Hello everyone,

I am here for some assistance with unlocking my Huawei E5186 router using DC-Unlocker; I have been following the provided instructions but am encountering a recurring issue that I am hoping someone can help with.

I have Huawei E5186 device , Firmware Version 21.316.03.00.262, DC Unlocker Version 1.00.1405 & Error Code is 12

I have connected my Huawei E5186 router to my PC via USB, and DC-Unlocker recognizes the device without any issues. when I proceed to unlock it I consistently receive & Error Code 12. i have made sure that the device is in modem mode and that all drivers are up to date but the problem persists.

Also i have Rebooting both the router and the PC. Ensuring that no other software is using the USB connection. Reinstalling DC Unlocker and its drivers. Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved.

Your device model is not supported by DC-unlocker software for unlocking sadly.
