Huawei Nova 5t cant bootloader unlock

Please help, i really want to unlock my Nova 5t. but when i press bootloader unlock it says Not supported/unknown chipset! any way to fix this?

Are you using HCU? Is your device in testpoint mode as per the tutorial on the HCU website?

i tried the test point tutorial, but my phone is not detected on the dc-phoenix so i cant activate test point. i already opened usb debugging i press do job then it restart tries to install update but failed

i have been searching for testpoint now. and i cant seem to activate it. the hardware testpoint is i have to open the phone physically. im not very techie im afraid to open my phone. im only brave enough on software level which even that im a beginner.
