  • error unlock huawei mifi E5577Es-932

    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to unlock my Huawei MiFi E5577Es-932 using DC-Unlocker. Below are the details and steps I have followed:
    1. Device Information:
      • Model: Huawei E5577Es-932
      • IMEI: 868778033270226
      • Firmware: 8.0.1.1(H335SP1C1367)
      • Dashboard Version: UTPS22.001.29.01.03
      • Web UI Version: WEBUI_801.999.31.1.1367_MRE5
      • SIM Lock Status: Locked (Card Lock)
      • Unlock Attempts Remaining: 10
    2. Steps Taken:
      • Connected the MiFi to my PC via USB.
      • Installed Huawei HiSuite to ensure drivers are properly set up.
      • Launched DC-Unlocker 2 Client (Version 1.00.1442).
      • Selected "Huawei AuthVer 4 modem (New)" as the model.
      • Detected the modem successfully, as the application recognizes all the details.
      • Purchased credits to unlock the device.
      • Attempted to unlock the device.
    3. Result:
      • After initiating the unlock process, I receive the following error:
"No response! Error code 21. Unlock failed!"
    4. Questions:
      • What does "Error code 21" indicate?
      • Are there additional steps or configurations required to unlock this device?
      • Could this issue be related to the firmware version (8.0.1.1(H335SP1C1367)), and if so, what is the recommended solution?
      • How can I proceed without losing the credits I purchased?
    5. Additional Notes:
      • The device is detected correctly, and no wrong unlock codes have been entered yet.
      • I have access to the necessary tools and software to troubleshoot further if needed.

I am concerned about losing the credits I have purchased and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, its firmware is not supported. Credits remain in the account unlimited amount of time until used.

      Hello,

Thank you for your prompt response. I understand that the firmware version 8.0.1.1(H335SP1C1367) is currently not supported for unlocking.

Could you please guide me on the following:
      1. What are my options with the credits I’ve purchased?
        • As I am unable to use the credits for unlocking my device due to this limitation, I would like to kindly request a refund for the credits I have purchased, as they are not usable with my current device.
      2. How can I change or downgrade the firmware on my Huawei MiFi E5577Es-932?
        • Is there a recommended method to downgrade or update the firmware to a version that would be supported by DC-Unlocker? If so, please provide the details or tools required.

I would appreciate your assistance in making use of my credits and helping me unlock my device.

Thank you for your continued support.

          Hello Valdemaras,

I appreciate your response regarding the refund and the clarification about the lack of a solution to downgrade the firmware of my Huawei MiFi E5577Es-932. However, I am facing two additional issues:
          1. Although you mentioned that the purchase has been refunded, I have not received any refunded amount in my bank account. Could you please confirm the status of the refund and provide details on when and how it was processed?
          2. Upon logging into my DC account with username "laith98", I found that my account has been blocked. I would like to understand why this happened and if there is any way to resolve this issue.

As I cannot use the credits and the firmware is unsupported, I kindly request that the refund be issued directly to my bank account to avoid further inconvenience.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance. I look forward to your response.

I can only see a status that it has been refunded. How long it takes for your bank to process a refund we do not know, normally it takes 1-2 work days. Upon refund account is being disabled if credits were spent on any service, even if it ended with an error.
