O2 E160 Modem

Hi I just purchased an O2 modem and wanted to unlock it. When I tried detecting the modem with the SIM inserte it did not work. However when I removed the sime and detected the modem the following message came up:

It says that it is unlocked so I presume there is no need to unlock it, am I right?

Yes, if you see this without sim card inserted, then your modem is not locked.
