cannot unlock Huawei E1550

The DC-Unlocker software detected my Huawei E1550 modem but it says my data card is not supported and cannot be unlocked. However, it was able to give me the unlock code using the IMEI. How do i unlock the modem with the unlock code?

Could you copy here everything what dc-unlocker software writes after you detect modem? Where selected manufacturer and model would be seen.

Could you detect using latest dc-unlocker software version? 486 version. Now you use old version.

I upgraded the firmware and put in a sim card of alternate network. it asked me for the unlock code which i entered and viola....the modem was unlocked...thanks for your support.
