I have just brought 15 credits to unlock my E5830. After I started to unlocking the device, the programme had stopped at around 27% and error code 24 has come out. Can you tell me what is the problem

Check, if you use latest dc-unlocekr software version. It is 486 version. Be sure no other huawei modems are connected to computer at detect and unlock time. Check, if modem is detected by autodetect before unlock. Check, if no other huawei modem drivers are installed. If are installed, then remove all drivers and install only drivers for this modem.
If this does not help, after error open device manager and update the device drivers from modem.
