Does anyone have detailed instructions in how to unlock a huawei E970 router.
The DC-unlocker only show com ports, but the router connects on LAN and USB for power suply.

In dc unlocker software select manufacturer huawei an model leave autodetect. Then will not need to select any ports. Connect router with usb cable, close all programs that may take control on this modem and then try to detect.
the DC-unlocker software will not detect my router, i have seen the tutorial.
There are no program for the router, only a browser interface if i connect the LAN port. The USB port is connected to a powersuply, i have tried to connect the routers USB port with a regular USB cable to my PC, and the PC detects the router, but DC-unlocker does not. I appreciate your help.

Seems this router can't be connected via USB to PC. How can connect it??

Yes the supplied USB cable is for power only, it is connected to a transformer, so i am using another USB cable.
I can not find any drivers for the router to install on my PC, do you have a tread ?

Your PC detect router when is plugged to USB??? I try in 3 PCs and nothing happens. Five minutes ago I dismantelate the router and solder 4 wires to USB cable, and pluged to charger too
and the same. Is like connect nothing!!!!

Using E970 gateway in USB modem mode
In order to use E970 gateway as USB modem, the following steps should be done:
a) Connect E970 gateway with your computer via USB cable. Please note that B970 as USB modem works on
Windows OS (2000, XP, Vista).
b) Setup wizard of „Mobile Partner“ software should start automatically. If
software setup wizard does not start automatically go to „My Computer“ and
double-click on „Mobile Partner“ disk. Install „Mobile Partner“ software.

I don't have the „Mobile Partner“ software, i have tried to get it from Huawei but i can't fint it on their webpage. Could you give me a link please ?
Thanks, i have the mobile partner now and it detects the E970 router, but when i try to detect with DC-unlocker i get this message.
