I HAVE INSTAL DRIVER BUT I HAVE ONE PORT
HUAWEI MOBILE CONNECT -3G APPLICATION INTERFACEE COM37
BUT ALWYS HAVE THIS PROB

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

I do all what you said.

I have an E5832 by Orange (France) and i dont know how update my firmware.
and when i connect the data card E5832, i just have one device on my computer detected : HUAWEI Mobile Connect - USB device (com7)

I just have this. So when i connect it on my pc i uninstall drivers and put new one. i do it without sim card.

Please send me drivers and firwmare (real one not Orange's Firmware) to do my unlock.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

You do not need to change the firmware or drivers. The problem may be that your device is not fully installed. Not all needed drivers are installed. Try to dissable wifi device from device manager and then it should install drivers for modem. Then after you will see device as modem, dc-unlocker will be able to detect it.

I disable wifi in the data card and after ?

I uninstall drivers and my windows recognize it like an sd card reader and cd rom device (with driver from Orange).

I lauch datacard_setup.exe nothing doing and i lauch setup in the folder Driver on my data card. Next 3 times and on my device manager nothing like a modem 3G detected.

I try on3 usb port and an other computer.

Please tell me witch button must be push first step by step how install driver and where i can find it

i just have in my manager device on port (COM and LTP) -> HUAWEI Mobile Connect - USB Device (COM3)

something else ? how many device must i have?

I disable wifi from web manager of my modem wifi and after nothing happen ...

I think you must delete E5832 from compatibilty device of dc unlocker ...

Could you reply my previous question? This modem is supported and many are unlocked.

when i disable wifi from wifi manager of the modem, Windows doesn't see the wifi from my data card because of i disable it.

and when wifi was disable i cant acces to web manager and windows dont recognize anything
