when I got this modem its show its already unlocked but my problem is its not show signal , i have try it with commen mobile partner software also its not work , please help

Try to do manual network search. Also check, if sim card that you try is working.

I found the problem: It only support HSDPA/W-CDMA (1.7GHz) while my country support HSDPA/W-CDMA (2.1GHz).
I wonder that if I can update another FW, will it be ok with 2,1Ghz?

some times this EMobile mobile partner software not working properly install mobile partner new version not brand for a network ,

go to Tool > Options > Network> do Registration Mode manual search and register if its not work try it with changing band and network type , it will work 100% without any problem

I used it, the same result so this modem doesn't support HSDPA/W-CDMA (2.1GHz) at all.
