Hi everybody, i unlocked my phone inQ chat 3G, i was following instruction but after I restart my phone, i put my card, it founds a service but says that I cant use network, what shoud I do?where change settings and parametrs?
I'm in Italy - i wanted to use also this phone to talk by skype.

What do you mean cant use network? Can not make calls? Or can not find network?
Also having same issue with 3G chat where it no longer picks up service. Customer wants to use O2 but can't seem to get a signal. Orange however seems to work fine which is weird as the phone was obviously locked to 3

If device accept other provider than original sim , means it is unlocked.
Check, maybe sim incorrectly inserted.

Its done the same on any O2 sims which I dont get.....these sims are 100% working
If other provider sim are are working, but only one provider does not, then maybe any block from provider. Like imei banned or something else.
