HELP! Can't detect Huawei U1251

Hi, first post and first time user of DC unlocker.

I'm trying to detect a new Australian OPTUS branded Huawei 1251 (Optus U1200) and it's just not working. I followed all the instructions I can find and just always no phone detected, once I got a message about a port not defined (I think thats what it said) but since then nothing else.

Do I need to have the PC Suite installed or uninstalled, I tried both?
Do I need to install the driver that's on the virtual CDRom, I tried but made no difference?
Should I have the SIM in or out, I tried both?

I tried latest version and also dc-unlocker_client_1.00.0436.exe

WinXP detects and appears to install the phone, says device ready etc, I can access other phone functions and data card.

Any ideas, thanks.

Yes, pc suite must be installed. But it must be closed at detect time.
Yes, you need to install driver.
Sim does not effect. Try with removed sim.
You are using not latest version. Latest is 496 version from our web page.
Try to close pc suite at detect time and use latest dc-unlocker version.

Thanks for reply, I got it working earlier but didn't report back yet.

Problem was my AntiVirus (Avira) was not letting the driver and software install properly, there were no error but something was going wrong. Finally I figured that out I disabled the A/V and it all works ok, now I can unlock.
