e160e stop working after firmware upgrade

    e160e stop working after firmware upgrade

    Dear all,


    I got problem with my Huawei e160e,
    after i did firmware upgrade to E160Update_11.609.10.00.311.B418, my mobile partner software unable to detect my Huawei. What i have to do now?

    Pls help.

    Do you see any devices in device manager after you connect modem?

      Yes, but it's only "USB Mass Storage".

        Try deleting this & then 'scan for new hardware', it happen to me before, this normally works.
