When is an unlocked INQ Chat 3g not unlocked?

Hi Im new to DC-Unlocker & although Ive done some searching I cant seem to find a solution so Im hoping forum members can help. Apologies if Ive missed this answer in the depths of the forum.

I successfully unlocked my INQ Chat 3g late last night & the phone is up & running as before my only problem is this, and its a major one.
It seems that the phone cannot see any sim card other than Three Mobile! Well thats not strictly true, it can see Orange Mobile but only on 2G! As for O2, Vodafone,Giff Gaff etc. The phone immediately goes to Emergency call. Obviously thats not right as I was hoping to use O2 3G network.

Im sorry if this is my ineptness but I was hoping a kindly soul would help me out.

Be sure you are using usim (new type sim, not usuall sim). Also write me your nusername, I will check, if phone was unlocked without problems.

My username I used for buying credits was leebo .

Yes Im using a 3G SIM. (USIM) Im certain of this most of all for the O2 sims as it has it written on the card.

If phone accept more than one provider sim cards, then it is unlocked. Are you sure your sim cards are activated and working?

Yes. The O2 Sim I really wanted to use just doesnt show any bars & says "Emergency calls".
