Can flash the firmware to support the version and then unlock?

Modem does not respond, thats why you receive this error. Check, if not other modems or phones are connected. Check, if the connection software is closed and not left running in task manager. Try to restart and do unlock again.

I tried many times to restart the computer, not connected to any telephone and modem, still the same

Problem is that this modem has blocked unlock retry counter :Wrong codes entered : 10 (unlock attempts left : 0)
Sorry, dc-unlocker can not reset counter for this modem. That why you receive this error.
