    how to unlock e 122 using unlocking or flashing code?

    i have a e 122. i want to use it in a new network.how can i unlock my modem.i have flash and unlock code but i dont know how to use it. pls help.
    is there any way to upgrade or downgrade firmware version. then where i will find the upgrade or downgrade firmware software.please help.
