Is it possible to change CD-ROM files (with diffrent files) in Huawei Sticks?

Hello All;
I know that it is possible to flash Huawei sticks and update/change current dashboard with generic/unbranded Mobile partners with unlocked features?

My question is;
Is it possible to flash the CD-ROM section of the stick? with any content we want? I can do it with my u3 stick and deploy any ISO file instead of my U3 menu? that is why it is a read only section, it may be a great feature. You can copy a usb bootable os, or an encryption tools or any multiboot cd's?

Any comment/help/suggestion are welcome.

Memory size depends of micro-chip installed into modem dongle.
Not all have same size
