Problem with Huawie E5830 - please help!

Can anyone please tell me how to successfully update firmware on this device? I tried to download firmware from the net, it says updated OK, but then i got into Profile settings using ip address, it's still showing the '3' settings and I can't find any way to remove these. Is there any firmware out there which will completely remove all 3 settings?

Every time I update firmware using this link http://www.dc-files.com/files/huawei/modems/E5830/ I'm told successfully installed, but then I get the welcome to 3 wifi manager setup wizard. Am I supposed to click through the 3 setup widard or just cancel? I've tried both, but neither options seem to get it to work.

You need to create a new connection and set it to default.

To replace the '3' Dashboard software on the modem with this, WiFi_Mobile_Partner_UTPS11.302.01.01.502 http://depositfiles.com/files/smyjxsev0 I used this on my Virgin.AU E5832 replaced the Virgin software with no problems.
