Can't unlock INQ Chat 3G

purchased the appropriate 10 credits, installed software, input password, connected phone (PC recognized phone/drivers no problem), set the proper settings Huawei Phone & Auto detect but we get the below 'phone not found'. Note this is a Koodo/Telus phone from Canada - if that makes any difference. Do we do the below with the sim card in the phone or out of the phone - we tired both ways but didn't make a difference? Please help. Thanks

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed and you see device in device manager
Check, if the software is closed

thank you for responding but still the phone cant be unlocked, the computer recognizes the phone but is still not finding it when i run dc unlocker.
what should i do next?

Correction - Working!!

sorry for that 2nd reply, we double checked the drivers and that was the problem, we got the proper drivers installed and then we were able to unlock the phone! thanks for your help.
