missing gpsplugin.dll in mobile partner

In the latest version of Mobile Partner (Mobile_Partner_11.302.09.01.539_Voice_USSD.zip), I cannot find the gpsplugin.dll. Could anyone tell me where I can find one or updated version? TIA

Thanks for the link. Do you know how to enable the gps function in em770u?

I installed the Mobile Partner from the link, the gps com port showed up in device manager. In mobile partner, a gps tab showed up as one of the options, I enabled it but could not get any signal from the port. Are there any Huawei gps AT commands I can try from the terminal? Or other ways to get the gps signal from the port?
