I also tried to unlock my phone - well it was worth a try and this is the error (yea, its the same.)

For correct Huawei phone detection, please turn ON phone, wait while fully starts, turn into USB and after windows detects device, you can press "Detect phone".

Maybe phone and modem is connected to computer at same time? Try to unlock phone using other connection type (not modem).

Have tried that as well. I have so far tried to get the application to work on the following:

Laptop
O2 Dongle - didn't work
Lan internet - Didn't work either at work or home.
wifi - both work and home, same result

Home computer (different internet provider (Virgin))

O2 Dongle - didn't work
Lan internet - Didn't work.
wifi - Didn't work

Friends Laptop (o2 internet provider)

Lan internet - Didn't work.
wifi - Didn't work

Friends Desktop (same provider (o2)
Lan internet - Didn't work


So I have no idea why it doesn't work but it doesn't I have, on each occasion, ensured that the application has total access through the NAT firewalls on the routers and also Windows so called firewall.

Hi,

I tried the beta and when I fist 'checked login' I got the reply that it had connected and I had 10 credits. So I thought I would push my luck and try to unlock my Huaewi phone.

When I pressed detect it found it no problem so I pressed "Unlock" and then got the following message.

Error connecting to server !

(error code 62)

I then tried the check login again and I am getting the following:
