I'm new here and been trying to find the latest firmware.

I've downloaded the 11.608.08.02.156.B409, but it doesn't work on my modem.My Service Provider says that the default firmware is 1.608.02.00.00.
and they don't have the firmware, and i cant find it in the internet either.
