I understand that for the unlock code I must use DC-Unlocker.
I have one problem and I do not know if you can help me.

I start the DC-Unlocker and the software not recognize the modem."modem not found"
I have plug the modem also with internet conection and he works, I understand that is connected with the computer or this is not the correct way?
If I can not connect the modem with the software I can not run it to unlock.
I would apreciate your help
