If router has no usb, then you can conenct it by lan cable to computer and try to detect by dc-unlocker. If has usb, then try to use usb cable.

It's normal, all orange routers are usb locked, have no dashboard inside, and can be unlocked only by lan. see okazii

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Also try to detect when router is connected by lan cable, if can not detect when are detecting usb.
