I TRY BY
1-turn on the phone without sim
2-tick on emergency call
3-delet 112
4-write *1673492846 boton down ull see test mode click 8 other
5-you enter on test mode and select 8(other) then factory reset

Do not know for sure about your way, but you can try this way to reset code:
1. Turn on the phone and when prompted to enter password enter 1234
2. Press END key twice quickly at the password error screen.
3. Press the dial pad icon.
4. Enter *1673492846 then press the down key on the Dpad
5. Select menu option 8, 1, 1
