Huawei E585 - 'disconnecting' all the time once unlocked

I successfully unlocked the E585 (after some problems with the unlocker not recognising the card).

I tried Orange and Vodafone 3g sim cards in it, and both are recognised (and show a connection to the network) so I know it's unlocked. However when I try and connect a device to them, it immediately disconnects. It is unable to browse the internet.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any ideas?

Ok, it was an APN problem. All fixed now.
