U8109 cannot unlock ..

Deetct phone by autodetect and unlock should work ok. Something is taking the port or wrong port selected at detect.

i will try change the port number next time when i hv that phone in hand ...

Need to detect by autodetect, do not enter select model or enter ports.

Try to detect device by autodetect and do unlock again. Be sure all drivers are installed and you do not miss to reconnect usb cable when software ask for it.
