Unlocking Huawei E5830

Hi... I've just purchased 15 credits and tried unlocking my Huawei E5830 but to no avail.

The following is what I have:
DC Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0546

There is no credit left on the simcard of my 3 Huawei. After I logged in and clicked on 'search', the information threw up 'card not found !'.

I would be grateful for any light shed by any one of you. Thanks a bunch!

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

you could always use an older version of dc unlocker.this is what i would do. 1 let everything load even the software and drivers. then try to unlock it using a simcard from another provider.after that you should be able to use the web interface 192.168.1.1 to adjust any settings.i used win xp and win7 with no problem to unlock my e5830 .hope this helps.
