Hi,

Anybody knows what is the difference is between Huawei E169/E169G/E169E?

How to do following with E169 modem:

1. Internal ZeroCD Dashboard upgrade.
2. Unbranded Mobile Partner software.
3. Upgrade speed to 7.2 Mbps.

Any help please? Regards.

Download the dashboard from download area,that is internal zerocd and unbranded dashboard.after download,just run the exe.thats all,and you cant upgarde it to 7.2mb.cpu is not supported.

I have dismounted E169G H3G.
Inside it have the same micro-sd slot and antenna connector as the E169 model.
With a firmware upgrade E169G can go 7.2mbps instead E169 with same firmw.version don't go...it remains at 3.6mbps
...although box says "Upgrade speed to 7.2 Mbps"

Is Huawei K3565 Rev 2 modem ( vodafone branded) the same as Huawei E160 modem?
