    Your modem is locked by customized firmware. DC-unlocker can not unlock. We can offer you refund, if you bought credits for unlock. If you choose refund, write me your username.
    Also you can try to update firmware and it may be that this will unlock your modem.

        Could you contact us byli ve chat from our web page on Monday?Working hours from 11 to 19 gmt +2.
        We would need some information from your modem and maybe we woulkd be able to unlock it.
