Using an STK Function in Huawei E1550 (Unlocked)

Dears;
I have unlocked Huawei E1550 USB modem. I want to use SIM Toolkit Application provided by the service provider. Just I found procdure in user menual (huawei_e182e_user_guide). But I am not finding the way. Rather forum help me lot to get the things very correct. Please help to how I am able to do so....

Procedure
Step 1 Choose Tools > Sim Toolkit.
Step 2 Select the required
I am using Mobile Partner ver 16.001.06.01.500
and firmware Ver.11.608.13.02.00
