  • e156g unlocked, but cannot connect...

after a successfull unlock with dc-unlock i still cannot connect with other sim-cards but the original. with the original software (3datamanager) i get the message: sim-card is not supported. when i try to connect through network connections i get error code 619. maybe someone here can solve my problem

    thanks in advance, pagat

1.) i see a signal bar when i use the original card with the original 3data software.

2.) where can i download the right unbranded mobile partner dashboard (a bit nervous on it, cause when i flashed it last time, i had to send the stick to repair/reflash). a german version would be even better, but i guess its ok to use any version that works (i usually dont use the dashboard to connect - normally connecting through network connections cause its a lot faster)

      thanks, pagat

We do not have the dasboard file, but you can try to connect using unbranded connection software which installs to computer. You can download it here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/32

I also have an e156g bought in UK & trying to use in Australia with a Virgin sim. It shows as unlocked but won't connect.

I have downloaded the unbranded Mobile Partner dashboard but still get error 619 when I try to connect.

I am new to this type of thing & would appreciate your help if possible please.

You have to select PAP authentication only in the advanced settings.
