Huawei 160 flash for all networks

Hi, I try to flash my Huawei 160 it is currently running only on a O2 network but I want to use it on all networks.
I downloaded the Dc-unlocker software and started the software.
The software cannot detect my modem why ?? Anyone a idea?

If modem dongle is not correctly installed (software) into PC then dc-unlocker cannot detect it.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Username and password to use dc-unlocekr you will receive after buy credits.

I THOUGHT THIS IS FOR FREE ?? It says in on the website e160 free,
I now try to find out how much this would cost but I cannot find any pricelist
