Huawei E1750 unable to unlock voice

Hi. I have tried to unlock the voice on my E1750 and I got the success message. However after I check the status of the dongle it says still the voice is disabled. As below:

What should I do?

After voice activation, disconnect modem dongle from USB, wait a moment for windows relase old driver, then connect again modem dongle to usb.
Windows will detect new modem dongle hardware.
Check again with dc-unlocker client software

I have disconnected the dongle, unplugged it, plugged it in again (into a different USB socket), waited for windows to install the drivers, and ran the scan on dc-unlocker... No difference......

Try to use voice feature. Sometimes dc-unlocker does not show real voice status. It may be enabled, but after enable dc-unlocker still show disabled.
