  • E1750 not connecting to BSNL..Error 619

    Hi..
I purchased E1750 from ebay, unlocked one. I used it to connect to Airtel Gprs, and Reliance SmartNet successfully...but it just dont connect to BSNL, I tried every APN given on BSNL site..... whenever i try to connect it give me error 619....I am able to use bsnl internet on my mobile sony ericsson T715, but same settings dont work on E1750...
and it is also not sending any message to BSNL's 53733 no...
I checked with dcunlocker to confirm that it is unlocked..and it is..
Is it possible that..BSNL here in Bhopal MP..dont support this relatively new modem..?

any help would be greatly appreciated..
    thanks..

You should check the connection settings again.

Then try other sim (maybe it is sim card problem). Also try on other computer.

It shows...WCDMA BSNL Mobile signal strengh quite good...
          CS network : Not Registered
          PS network : Registered
          PS n/w attachement : Attached

Why it is showing CS Network not registered....?? its a BSNL 2g sim on which I have activated 3g service....i can make video calls using 3g phone..but can't connect to internet using this E1750 modem...

              Go to Tools---options----general

In General you have 2 connection type

              RAS(MODEM) and NDIS

By default its NDIS, you choose RAS(MODEM), then give a try.

              BSNL APN: bsnlnet
              Access Number: *99#
              select : Static

I too am facing the same problem as "roopu007"

For me it's showing Network status as :
                  CS network : Registered
                  PS network : Registered
                  PS n/w attachement : Attached

modem working with Tata Docomo SIM but not with BSNL SIM

GPRS is activated on BSNL and I can use GPRS on my handset.

Tried with other BSNL SIMs also but it does not work.

so the possibility of faulty SIM is ruled out.

                  Mobile partner version is "16.001.05.00.45"

In RAS(modem) mode it gives Error codes 619 or 628 randomly.

I hope some one comes up...with an update to this firmware...
Well...I was thinking..what if I flash it with an E1550 firmware..will it help or destroy my device...
Any ways.I am eagerly waiting for Diwali.....as Docomo is giving us gift of 3g....hope that one works...

Nope...I didn't get my hands on any other data card....but I guess it will work on E1550 as that one is quite old......
I tried 2 old firmwares but didn't help...I hope successor of 11.126.11.00.00 is available soon...
If possible you try to use E1550 or something else...if you get it from somewhere...but for me its rare chance....
