Cant Find INQ CHAT 3G

Hi Im Trying To Unlock My INQ CHAT 3G but the dc-unlocker software cant find find my fone, what do i do to make it work?

This Is What Im Getting:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0557

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Phone not found !

i have bought the credits,
installed the drivers,
downloaded latest software version,
no programs are running.

please help

If you can not phone modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
