E5830 from Wind Italy

I'm trying to unlock a E5830 from Wind and, although it's locked, DC-Unlocker is reporting it as unlocked (and the unlock button isn't available).

Is there not original sim inserted to modem when you detect it? Or original one?
Only with not original sim card inserted you will see real lock status.

No, I'm not using the original italian sim.. I'm using one of a portuguese network.

If you detect with not original sim inserted and dc-unlocker show lock status as unlocked, means device is unlocked.

Well, it doesn't seem so... when I reach it through the admin page, all the fields are greyed out.

Try to update firmware for it. This may be software problem that software not allow other provider sim cards.

It was really unlocked!
