Cannot unlock Huawei E122 .. Need Help

I tired to unlock.. But customer given me block dongle.. i tried to unlock but its showing error..

Check, if you use the latest dc-unlocker software version.
Check, if device is detected by autodetect.
Check, if no other modems or phones are connected to computer at unlock time.
Also you can try unlocking again. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.

As you said i am using latest software DC-unlocker client software V1.00.0565

And modem is detected properly.. as i post log also..


The only Error is because owner entered wrong password ten time already.. and now the counter is block..

and when i running dc unlocker software its showiing restting unlock counter
but then showing error 21

Really i need help,, as in support there is no full firware files also..

just one update is there.. which is not compatible with current firmware installed..

You receive this error, because unlock retry counter is blocked.Sorry, dc-unlocker can not unblock unlock retry counter for this device. If you had bought credits, write me your username and we will do refund.

If you can not detect phone you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

What phone is it?

One is a Huawei U8100 9-Android and the other is Huawei H1250. I have the unlock codes from the phone company.

Huawei U8100 is supported and should be detected without problems.Huawei H1250 is not supported. Huawei U1250 is supported.
Do you see the phone in device manager under mdoems after you connect it?
