how to make a dashboard update from dashboard ?

hello there .

i have a huawei E1690 usb modem and i flashed it with huawei mobile partner . it deleted the old dashboard from the modem but i copied the dashboard source before flashing it . the problem is i want to restore my old dashboard inside the modem as i said i have a copy of it and installed it but i cant use it in other pc becouse it installs the mobile partner not the dashboard i wanted .

so can i make a dashboard update from a dashboard to install it automaticly when the modem pluged in other PC ?
