Idea netseter E1550 locked, pls help me to unlockd

Frnds ive buyed new Idea netseter E1550 , i can use only idea sim, i cant use any other operator sim, wen i try to use other sim,i get error only specified sim/usim are allowd
pls help me how cn i unlocked my modem ? How can i use other operator sim ?
Btw Ive found in dis site dashboard nd firmware for e1550, if i instal dis in my modem ? is it ok firmware?
Den my modem wil unlockd wthout any problem ? Den i can use any operator sim ? Pls rply frnds,

Change dashboard and/or firmware version, does not remove the locked status.
Run dc-unlocker software and check the dongle conditions, ....if it's locked than you can unlock for few credit
