Help: Unlocking Huawei U8100

Hello: I am going to get a windmobile (Canada) Huawei U8100 phone.
How do I get it unlocked (without waiting for 3 month)?

I thought this is what I have to do.
1) Download the software.
2) Pay the money (how much?) to buy the credit.
3) Connect the phone to the computer using USB cable.
Then what?

Also, do I need to activate the phone with windmobile, before I unlock it?

Unlocking this phone needs 10 credits. 10 credits cost 10 euros.
Download dc-unlocker software, install all phone drivers, detect by dc-unlocker, buy credits, enter username and password, press check login, detect, unlock.

Yes, dc-unlocker does not install anything. Just unlock.
