Huawei U7520 not unlock

I have in hands one Huawei U7520 but it detects as iNQ Mini 3G.

Finally when was in download mode and restart the cable connection not detecting for pc and say me (error code 40)

Did you reconnect cable when software asked for it? Could you check, if after error there are no unknown device is device manager? If so, then update drivers for these devices and do unlock again.

Did you check the suggestions I wrote?

Yes I reconnected the phone, but I didn't saw if it appeared in device manager..

This is same problem me as Netraw says.
It happened me wich some units and always error code 40.

Finally I unlocked this phone by code because was imposible, I reinstall drivers, restart pc, and nothing was available for unlock this model.

Now in hands I dont have any piece....
