Problem with Huawei K3765 with mobile partner

hello every one

i need you to help me please in this problem cause i recently bought a Vodafone usb modem model Huawei K3765

and i unlocked it with *****************

after that every thing was fine when i was connecting through VMC_Lite(the original program with the modem)

and also flashed it with Mobile_Partner_UTPS16.001.06.01.500

but after doing that, installing the Mobile Partner
i found that message
"the device is not detected or is unavailable"

please help me step by step to make it working with Mobile Partner

an auto run window appears saying

this may be the problem or try this

i read in one blog......Before flashing or anything in USB modem, we need to switch off the windows firewall.....

Can be this version of dashboard flashed on k3765? And this version has latest version of huawei drivers(3.17 or 4.05)?
