Guys ,Is it possible to use other simcard without unlocking.?using MWCONN

because i read in wikipedia we can use other simcard using 3rd party freeware called MWCONN...

Is it true..? any body tried it..?

Because if we are able to use without unlocking means, we are legal now and till in warranty

If device is not unlocked, it will nor accept sim card. Any software or tool will not allow to use you other sim in not unlocked modem.

mwconn is a software for connecting. You can try to use it if your original software does not work with other provider sim cards.
