you need buy credits or

unlock by code(if your modem uses old software- that means it only asks unlock code, after entering it, it will works fine as unlocked) or

if the above methos fails means your USB modem uses new software so sure you need to upgrade your firmware..

First you need to download and install dc-unlocker client software from our web page. Then follow instructions and detect your modem to see, if it is locked.
If modem is locked, then you need to buy credits. After you buy crtedits you will receive username and password. Enter the username and password you have receive to dc- unlocker software (to server tab) and press check login. Then detect your modem again, go to unlock tab and press unlock.
