K3765 and K4505 detection problem with DC-unlocker client software V1.00.0575

There is any problem to detect the modem Huawei K4505 and K3765.
All correctly drivers installed, but dc-unlocker don't recognize their.

Message is always:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0575

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Diagnostic port not found !

Problem also if I set right com ports and models.
Maybe it's a usually vodafone-huawei driver

Something is taking the port. Are you sure the connection software is closed and not left running? Maybe other huawei device is connected and taking the port?

No other huawei device connected, no other connection software running.
Other models are correctly recognized, such as E182e, E160, but K3765 and K4505 does not recognize them, yet they are installed correctly

Could you try to install modem on a fresh computer? Where no huawei modem drivers were installed.
Also may try to use this software http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/C2wkt6d and uninstall all devices that are not used.

Just clean with the tool all huawei and all the vodafone driver.
Same results....but need to reboot PC after using clean tool?

Now detection device works if I select right model and right com ports.
The autodetect function won't work

Could you contact us by live chat working hours? Then we would need detect log file and would check, what may be wrong.
