Check, if device is detected by autodetect.
Check, if no other modems or phones are connected to computer at unlock time.
Also you can try unlocking again. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.
Check, if no other huawei modem drivers are installed. If so, then remove huawei device drivers and install fresh for this device.

I selected by autodetect mode,
and no connecting another modem and phone.
I have more than 15 credits.
I'm never connect other huawei devices.

Try other (older) dc-unlocker version.
Try unlocking on other computer.
After error open device manager and check, if there are no unknown devices. If there are, then update drivers for these devices, restart and do unlock again.
