Hi I cannot get the DC UNlocker software to connect to my E 5830 modem. I have deleted and re-installe a number of times and tried all different options recommended here but it wont see my modem. When I load the 3 networks client software it sees it fine. Any ideas ? Have installed the drivers, turnmed on the modem and run the DC software in default and other modes, still no luck - it just says card not found. It is connected via USB port directly to the PC,

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
